I’ve recently opened a current account with The Royal Bank of Scotland.
And there is one sentence which describes my experience with my branch “PR(public relations), customer care ?! Just fuck off” This how employees of my branch react, when they have to deal with customers.
I am even willing to think that there is a competition “Who will piss off more customers that day” and an Employee with a hattrick wins New Year in Rome.
Its almost impossible to do anything with this people, can’t open an account ( they’ve lost my papers ), can’t change 20pounds bill to 10 pence coins ( yes, it’s strange ) can’t withdraw money, even when you have ‘em on account.
Cheque clearance takes 5 days, even when accounts are held in the same branch.
I was shocked, but I’ll not let ‘em forget about me, tomorrow next round 
My weekend is on ending now, tomorrow I’m alone in company :/
Gareth took a day off. So I’ll be in charge.
On Friday going to Poland… flight on 8.55 grr, so I have to be on Heathrow at 7 
, living 1.30h from airport I have to get up, at 4.30
And first Tube from Walthamstow run on 5.24 … so no much time for delays on route to airport, If some happen, probably I’ll stuck in London. What afair will get Ann veeery angry.
Bought an access point really cheap, just 16 pounds, and it’s portable very small 
so I can take it to Poland, and let my brother taste freedom

Yesterday was a good conversation with my boss(in a pub), and on a way back home called Ann, yes, expensive, but she is worth it .
Today celebrating with Mark my new purchase , and bought some present for my Mam. I have no clue, what to buy for Wojtek, Father, and Ann ( hm… maybe I know what she might like ).
Paid today, get it on thu.

Saturday:
Went to barbershop, got a haircut, but not happy with the quality :/, Le Grand Salon is what I like I’ll look for prices in Toni&Guy, maybe I’ll go there next time .
Meeting with Bef, went to hacklab, met some nice people. After hacklab we went to Bangla City ang this was odd, from every restaurant were comming people and inviting us to their restaurants, offering discounts ( 20-25% ), free first drink. Funny Thing was also that, when we were looking for restaurant, every one was empty, but after our dinner everyone rest. was FULL , so within couple of minutes hundreds of people came to this places , incredeble
Sunday :
Grocery shopping, got /redbull/ like drink in 1l bottle great. hmm, I just realized that I had no breakfast, and I’m HUNGRY. Today is a boredom day .
